Point Place Casino Hotel

"Had a great time. Rooms are fresh. My only complaint would be that there's no coffee maker or desk clocks in the room but the front desk gives you $5.00 vouchers for perfect pour to get coffee or a sweet. Staff was very friendly and everything was so festive and well decorated. Would recommend."

"My husband, 2 yo grandson, and I stayed for 5 nights while visiting Family and Friends in the area. Our grandson loved watching it snow and watching the Snow Plows work during all the snow days. Every staff member we encountered were lovely and made us feel Welcome! We will definitely stay again in the future!"

"Casino was fun. Tables were hot restaurant was great hotel room was clean and brand new. This is a gem of a place located next to a beautiful lake and if you’re like wildlife, they have a zoo and experiences in Chittenango that I highly recommend. Don’t forget Wizard of Oz Museum"

"It was a positive experience. Nice rooms, beautiful view. Right across from the lake. Smoke free property with heated smoking area. Has promotions and on sight activities during early evenings. Will return in summer. Summer lake rentals across the street."

"Went in for dinner and drinks. With friends appetizers,food and cocktails, all were great came out quickly. Server was attentive and did remedy a small issue quickly and without hesitation. Afterwards over to the bar to just relax some played slots and table games. We all had a great time very relaxed atmosphere."

The service was amazing, and the burger joint was very tasty and reasonably priced ($12 for a fairly large BLT and fries). The games were very fun, and had good bonus/payouts.
